Why did I only get 2 SC?
Because the second half waits for identity verification. Upload a photo ID and proof of address in the verification section; once a reviewer approves them, the remaining 100,000 GC + 2 SC are added.
What does the first purchase bonus give?
Your first Gold Coin package gets 200% extra coins. The $9.99 pack becomes 3,000 GC + 30 SC and the $199.99 pack 60,000 GC + 600 SC. The next four purchases get 100%, 125%, 150% and 100% extra, each with its own cap.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Sweepstakes law requires a free way to take part. At Casinio that is the sign-up bonus plus the mail-in request. Buying Gold Coins is optional, and the Sweeps Coins that come with a package are a free bonus.
How old do I have to be?
21. Casinio does not accept players aged 18 to 20, even in states where other sweepstakes casinos do.
Verification and your account
What documents does Casinio ask for?
A government photo ID (driver's licence, passport or state ID) and a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. The name and address must match what you typed at sign-up.
How long does Casinio KYC take?
Usually under 24 hours. Casinio reviews documents itself rather than through an instant third-party scanner, so a person looks at them. Uploads late on a Friday can take longer.
Can I have two Casinio accounts?
No. One account per person, household, device and IP address is standard, and duplicates are usually closed with the balance voided. Couples who share a computer should be aware of this before both signing up.
